Trafford Elementary Students Compete in Fun-Filled “Teacher Games”

Classrooms at Trafford Elementary School recently participated in a spirited and creative competition while learning fun facts about their teachers.

The “Teacher Games” event took place over two weeks in March, with students completing a new activity each day to earn points for their class. The games were designed to foster teamwork and school spirit.

Activities included a word search featuring fun facts about the teachers, a unique version of Jenga where students stacked anything they could find in the classroom, and a creative twist on ‘Go Fish’, where students designed their own fish to pose in their room. Another favorite was "Guess the Teacher," where students matched staff members to their childhood photos.

“The kids had so much fun competing against each other and getting the chance to play different games and be creative with their teachers,” said Miss Aubrey Frye, who organized the event alongside Mrs. Witek.

Congratulations to Ms. Zombek’s fifth-grade class, the champions of the 2025 Teacher Games!

The event was made possible through generous support from the Penn-Trafford Community Education Foundation.
