$3 per person or $30 a team
Sign up an entire team or Individually
Tournaments will be by grade level, but you can have a mixed grade team
Tourney will be Friday Oct 6th
Money is due Wednesday Oct 4th
All proceeds go to the Ovarian Cancer Foundation
