2008 Athletic Physical Schedule
This year there are new rules and physical forms adopted by the PIAA and Penn-Trafford School District. The forms will be available in the main offices of the middle schools and high school, as well as the PTHS Athletic Training Room, on May 1, 2008. Please complete ALL FOUR PAGES of forms and return them to your child's respective school by May 16, 2008 in order to be eligible for a free physical exam and orthopedic screen on June 5, 2008 at Penn-Trafford High School.

	No one will be admitted after 12:45 pm
